  • Easiest way is deposit check to a bank account if they accept US checks
  • Use Paypal services as Paypal now offers to cash your US Stimulus Checks. With a Paypal account, you can easily link it and transfer money to your bank account in the country you live
  • Open a credit union account with a bank such as USAA Savings Bank, or the State Department Federal Credit Union (for which you can become eligible by joining American Citizens Abroad) that accommodates US citizens abroad
  • Open a TransferWise Borderless account, which gives you a USA bank account number. Some people able to get tax refunds in that account
