We do not offer refunds for services provided. All fees are final.

We have no recurring fees – hence, there are no cancellation fees. For tax preparation services, payments for services are only due after our work is done.

When work is done and client signs off the final authorization to file or e-file, that means full engagement has been rendered and completed with client agreement and in accordance with the applicable federal and/or state instructions and regulations.
